NOTE 1. ICC1, ICC3, ICC4 and ICC6 dependent on output loading and cycle rates(tRC and tHPC). 2. Specified values are obtained with outputs unloaded. 3. ICC is specified as an average current. In ICC1, ICC3, ICC6, address can be changed only once while   /RAS=VIL. In ICC4, address can be changed maximum once while /CAS=VIH within one EDO mode cycle   time tHPC. 4. Only /RAS(max.) = 1µs is applied to refresh of battery backup but tRAS(max.) = 10µs is applied to   normal functional operation. 5. ICC5(max.) = 2.88mA, ICC7 and ICC8 are applied to SL-part only. 6. VOH = 2.0V, VOL = 0.8V at AC Functional Test.
The device supports data rates of 1 kBaud to 20 kBaud (FSK) and 1 kBaud to 10 kBaud (ASK) in Manchester, Bi-phase and other codes in transparent mode. The Z0607 can be used in the 433 MHz to 435 MHz and the 868 MHz to 870 MHz band, the Z0607 in the 314 MHz to 316 MHz band. The very high system integration level results in few numbers of external components needed.
Note 1: Absolute Maximum Ratings are those values beyond which the life of the device may be impaired. Note 2: The Z0607E is guaranteed to meet performance specifications from 0C to 70C. Specifications over the C 40C to 85C operating temperature range are assured by design, characterization and correlation with statistical process controls. Note 3: TJ is calculated from the ambient temperature TA and power dissipation PD according to the following formula:   TJ = TA + (PD • 120C/W) Note 4: The dynamic input supply current is higher due to power MOSFET gate charging (QG • fOSC).
