Amplifier dissipation reaches a maximum when the peaks of the ac output waveform are approximately 63% of the power supply voltage. For this sine wave amplitude, the instanta- neous output voltage hovers near the crucial half-supply- voltage value for a large portion of the ac cycle.
The S.FLZ-R-SMT(10) Memory iButton operates nearly identically to the DS1996. The main differences are: 16 kbits of memory organized as 64 pages of 32 bytes and a family code of 0A hexadecimal. For further details please refer to the DS1996 data sheet.
On the multiple-input devices (S.FLZ-R-SMT(10) and S.FLZ-R-SMT(10)), these pins select the analog input that will be connected to the A/D during the conversion. The input is selected based on the state of S0 and S1 when S/H makes its High-to-Low transition (See the Timing Dia- grams). The S.FLZ-R-SMT(10) includes both S0 and S1. The S.FLZ-R-SMT(10) includes just S0, and the S.FLZ-R-SMT(10) includes neither.
